Bus Routes
Sterling High School, a proud member of the Houston Independent School District (HISD), is committed to ensuring that all students have safe, reliable, and efficient transportation to and from school each day. Through HISD’s Transportation Services, eligible students are provided access to designated bus routes that serve the Sterling community, reducing barriers to education and supporting punctual attendance. Our goal is to create a secure and welcoming ride experience for every student, with professionally trained drivers and carefully maintained vehicles.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to stay informed about their student’s bus route, pickup and drop-off times, and any updates that may arise throughout the school year. HISD offers tools such as the Bus Route Finder and SafeStop App to help families track their student’s bus in real time. At Sterling, we believe that a dependable transportation system is essential to academic success, and we’re proud to partner with HISD to keep our students on the road to excellence.
